….And a nutriton PSA: Stay safe and remember to toss the candy with the shiny, colorful coats first! They make things extra difficult for the body to process due to the aluminum (anything that says “lake” on the ingredients = aluminum) 😬🙄 🙄🙄.

As you pack up those backpacks don't add too much to a young spine. A good rule of thumb is 10-15% of your child's bodyweight:
50 lbs = 5 lb pack
110 lbs = 10-15 lb pack
150 lbs = 15-22 lb pack
