HOW COMMITED ARE YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT?
Your massage appointment is like an event ticket, if you can't get someone to go in your place, then the client absorbing the cost is what will happen.
Just a reminder that canceling within less than 24 hours often leaves your massage therapist high and dry. With extreme short notice it is very hard to fill that spot and results in a loss of income. Whether you have been with us for years or are brand new to us, just know that we try to be empathetic to your situation if possible, but we want you to know that we do have boundaries and we do enforce the policy to create A relationship that is mutually respectful. Our fee is 100% of the appointment. This email is not about cancelling or resheduling your appointment when it is outside of 24 hours. Just remember that you get a 48 hour reminder text and email of your appointment. That IS THE TIME to decide, if you can still make it to your appointment. Log into your account, and then cancel or reschedule.
Again, no offense is meant. We must also earn money to continue our work and feed our family.
