For alleviating thumb pain and promoting rest, I highly recommend utilizing Pop Sockets for cell phones. The poor ergonomics of holding cell phones are a primary contributor to thumb pain, which can lead to tendon issues, tendinitis, and weakness in sports requiring hand use. If left untreated, this can result in a year-long recovery period with bracing, and potentially cause permanent tendon damage, leading to injuries consistent with carpal tunnel syndrome. Pop Sockets are the preferred brand, as they fit comfortably between the first and second fingers. Additionally, hand massage can provide relief once pain begins, but preventing poor thumb use is crucial. I wish you the best and hope to help alleviate your hand pain soon!

Commencing January 1st, the prices for Massage and all treatments will be adjusted upward. However, VIP prices will remain unchanged. LONG TERM CLIENTS WILL NOT HAVE AN INCREASE.

To maintain current pricing, VIP membership is required. VIP membership necessitates a minimum of one 50-80 minute massage per month. Additional benefits for VIP Clients include a complimentary monthly sauna or Red Light session, hot stones, hot towels, and Aromatherapy. A one-time non-refundable fee of $100 is required for membership. The deadline to join is January 1st 2026.
