Add this on to your cardio day or do it on its own!!

Here are the deets…
Repeat each exercise for 15 reps (each side for single sided) for 3 rounds
🔹Knee hover row
🔹Overhead press
🔹Peck deck
🔹Curl press-keep body still be engaging the core
🔹Rows again!!
🔹Flies
