💪 Rehab Success Story: Anthony Deluca 💪

Anthony was admitted to Birchwood on 8/14/25 after a fall and came to us needing maximum assistance with his daily activities, mobility, and walking.
With the support of our dedicated therapy team, Anthony participated in intensive PT and OT five days a week—and his progress has been incredible! ✨

At discharge, Anthony is completing his daily activities with just minimal assistance, moving independently with supervision, and walking 150 feet with a rolling walker. 🏃‍♂️👏
He’s now safely transitioning to assisted living, stronger and more independent than before.

Congratulations, Anthony!
Your hard work and determination inspire us all. 💙
