This workshop is for women struggling with perimenopausal/menopausal weight gain, fatigue, mood swings and brain fog. If you are tired of struggling with peri-menopausal/menopausal weight gain, poor gut health, mood swings, and a lack of focus? Then this workshop is for you! Each week, we will discuss a different nutrition topic: stress and its impact on weight gain, food and mood, nutrition that increases strength, and mindful eating practices. These mini-nutrition sessions will be combined with an invigorating yoga class that reflects each theme. You will leave feeling empowered and ready to put into practice the nutrition solutions and yoga practice techniques that will enable you to create lasting change.
