Welcome to Diare Dermatology ! Michelle Itidiare is a double board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialized certification in Dermatology.

She received her bachelors’ degree in public health from Rutgers University and then went on to pursue a second bachelor’s degree in nursing from Seton Hall University. She started her nursing career in the emergency room at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Her job experience allowed her to see and care for a multitude of patients with different ailments, which led to her interest in dermatology. Working as a full-time nurse, she completed a rigorous Master Program at UMDNJ to obtain her degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Due to her love for dermatology, she completed a dermatology fellowship at Skin Laser and Surgery Specialists of Hackensack, New Jersey. As she gained knowledge and expertise in dermatological conditions and cosmetic procedures, she went on to work for The Dermatology Group of West Orange and Cosmetic Skin of Old Bridge, NJ. After years of treating patients, she decided to complete her dermatology certification, open her own dermatology practice and obtain the highest degree as a nurse practitioner. She received her Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice from Wilkes University. Dr. Michelle Itidiare specializes in medical dermatology and cosmetic treatments for all ethnicities and ages. She is committed to personalizing each treatment for each individual patient, tailored to their specific needs. In her leisure time, she attends dermatology conferences, enjoys teaching nurses and medical students how to perform CPR while spending ample time with family and friends.

What is a Nurse Practitioner? Nurse Practitioners are able to diagnose conditions and prescribe medications, under the board certification and training they have obtained. Nurse Practitioners differ from physicians who are credentialed as MD or DO. Nurse Practitioners also differ from Physician Assistants (PAs), who require direct supervision from a physician under New Jersey state law. Since nurse practitioners can practice independently, they are found throughout various healthcare settings. They work in hospitals, private practices, surgical centers, long-term care facilities, urgent care clinics, your everyday CVS and their very own medical practices.

Dr. Aleksandra Novik is a well published board-certified family nurse practitioner with a doctorate degree from Rutgers University. She started her aesthetic journey in the year 2018 and has been a powerhouse in giving clients natural and rejuvenating results.

💉As she begins her new venture with Diare Dermatology , our students will be happy to know Dr.Novik will be teaching our new fillers course alongside Dr. Michelle . Her multiple certifications , from female to male facial aesthetics coupled with her expansive knowledge on full face harmonization , we know our students will be amazed . She provides a relaxing and welcoming environment where students concerns and goals are addressed . We are happy to have her at Diare Dermatology as our Fall Instructor.
