🔮 Align & Awaken: A Chakra Journey Through Body & Sound Saturday, 8/2 • 6:30-8:30pm • Cranford Join Victoria & Leslie for an immersive exploration of the chakras through yoga, Yoga Nidra, and live crystal bowl sound healing—designed to balance your energy and restore inner peace.

🌌 Journey to the Stars: An Introduction to Reading Your Birth Chart Sunday, 8/24 • 2–4pm • Metuchen Explore the basics of astrology with Carly & Katie as you learn to interpret your birth chart and embody the zodiac through a guided yoga practice

🌕 Harvesting Clarity: Set Your Intentions with the Moon Sunday, 9/7 • 2–4pm •  Move into the new season with intention in this reiki-infused workshop led by Taylor & Midori, featuring journaling, Yinyasa, and a vision board practice inspired by the Harvest Moon.

Each workshop is only $5, with all proceeds going towards supplies and learning tools that support HYR’s 300 hour teacher training program 🙌

All workshops are open to all levels—come as you are, and leave more connected. 💫

But don’t worry—these classes will be back after Labor Day! ✨

The following classes will be canceled, starting Friday, July 9th: 📆

📍 Cranford + Metuchen:
👉 Saturday, 4pm: Hot Power Yoga
👉 Sunday 5pm: Hot Power Yoga
👉 Sunday, 7pm: Yin Yoga

📍 Metuchen only:
👉 Sunday, 2pm: Restorative Yoga

ADDED class to the schedule in both locations:
👉 Sunday, 6:30pm: Hot Power Vinyasa (60 minutes)
