Over the next 60–90 days, the focus is on:

Hemali is starting with 2x/week Semi-Private Training, dialing in movement quality, confidence, and technique. Once that foundation is built, she’ll transition into our class-based training and keep leveling up.

Welcome back to training, Andrew💪

Andrew and go way back — we first trained together a decade ago in 2016. Fast forward to last year, and he went through a ruptured Achilles while playing flag football, surgery, and multiple rounds of physical therapy. Like a lot of people coming off a major injury, the hardest part wasn’t rehab, it was rebuilding confidence and trusting his body again.

Now he’s back in the gym, training 2x/week in Semi-Private Training, moving well, feeling strong, and finally enjoying training again. No rushing. No ego. Just smart progress and consistency.

If you’ve been cleared but still don’t feel confident returning to the gym, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Coach Tbone represented KING Strength and led an interactive presentation focused on movement, posture, and staying strong for everyday life, especially the kind of work that happens in gardens and around the community.

Always grateful for opportunities like this to connect beyond the gym and support the people and organizations that make Metuchen what it is.

Welcome back to training, Ankur! 👑

Ankur was one of the original KING Strength members from 2018–2020. When COVID hit, his work schedule as a nurse went into overdrive and training had to take a back seat because helping others came first.

Now he’s back, locked in for 3x/week Semi-Private Training, and making himself a priority again. The goal is simple: get his body back to a place where he feels strong, resilient, and capable so he can keep showing up for everyone else at his best.

We’re pumped to have you back in the room, Ankur. Let’s get to work 💪

Consistency Club — January 2026 👑

January is where most New Year’s resolutions fall off. Consistency is what keeps progress moving.

Our community showed up in a big way.
Gym PR: 44 members trained 12+ times in January at KING Strength.

That’s showing up week after week and building habits that actually last. All members who trained 12+ times were entered into our monthly Consistency Club raffle.
