My chiropractic journey began at 16 when I developed a seizure disorder. When doctors suggested exploratory brain surgery and medication, my family found chiropractic care instead—and it changed everything for me! ✨

That experience led me to Life University where I discovered the Gonstead technique of analysis and adjusting, and I’ve been passionate about helping others experience the same healing ever since. After 30+ years in practice, I still wake up excited to see my patients every day! 🌟

The most beautiful part? Watching entire families heal together. From pregnant moms to newborns (my youngest patient was adjusted before his umbilical cord was cut!) to grandparents—there’s nothing more rewarding than helping multiple generations thrive. 👶👩‍👧‍👦👵

This isn’t just a job for me—it’s who I am. It’s my gift, my passion, and my purpose. I can’t wait to share more of our Lifeline family with you! 💫

Chiropractic isn’t just my career—it’s literally been part of my life since day one. No joke, I was adjusted within minutes of being born! 👶 Growing up getting regular adjustments meant I rarely got sick while my friends dealt with allergies and constant colds. 🌟

My passion for helping others really clicked when I worked in a chiro office during high school and saw people transform beyond just pain relief. During my time competing in Judo 🥋, I experienced firsthand how chiropractic care kept me performing at my best and injury-free. 💪

I believe your body has an amazing ability to heal when your nervous system functions properly. ✨ Nothing makes me happier than helping families experience this for themselves! 💕

First post! 🎉 We finally made it to Instagram!

We’re the team at Lifeline Chiropractic in Cranford 🏡 - where we believe in your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. We’re excited to show you and tell you about our practice. The office vibe is that it feels more like visiting a friend’s home rather than a medical office (you won’t find any stiff white coats here 🙅‍♀️).
