👉SWEETGREEN AVOCADO OIL AIR-FRIED RIPPLE FRIES: I love that Sweetgreen is now using avocado oil for their fries. This was a great lunch combo with an order of the Mini Mezze Kids’ Meal (I used half the tortilla chips and crumbled them on top).

👉DOLE ACAI BOWLS: An acai bowl at your local place can run you over 700 calories if you’re not careful with toppings. These portion controlled bowls from Dole are a great alternative to keep on hand at home for 210 calories and they contain 7g fiber. You could add your own additional toppings if you’d like!

👉CHEDDIES CRACKERS: I used to eat my son’s Goldfish crackers when he was younger - and this Classic Cheddar flavor brought me back to those days. I love the simplicity of the ingredients, and you can sometimes find them in single serve packs. I found these at my local Target.

👉LENTILFUL: I love lentils, but I don’t have the patience to prepare them myself. Enter these terrific Instant Lentil bowls. I tried the French Mirepoix flavor, and it was tasty and filling. I also tried it mixed with cooked chicken for additional protein and another day, I added them to my lunch salad. Each 200 calorie serving packs 6g fiber, 12g plant protein and less than a gram of fat.

👉DRIZZILICIOUS RICE CAKE BITES: Here is a great treat you can find at Target or Whole foods. These mini sweet rice cake bites are 90 calories and 3g fat per serving, which means you can portion out how much you want to eat at about 4 calories each!

👉PIZZOLATO ORGANIC NON-ALCOHOLIC SPARKING BEVERAGE: This “Champagne” comes with super cute sparkly packaging and has only 25 calories in a 6-ounce serving. Great when you’re looking for a fun beverage without the alcohol or extra calories.

👉HEAVEN & EARTH DATE BITES: These were a great find at Whole Foods! Made from simple ingredients, each bite tastes like a delicious chocolate truffle and has just 90 calories and 4.5g fat.

👉TRADER JOE’S SUGARED RICE CRACKERS: If you love a salty/sweet combo, give these a try. 13 crunchy pieces are a serving with 110 calories and 0g fat. I crushed a few and mixed it with Greek yogurt and berries and it was a delicious snack!

👉TRADER JOE’S CRUNCHY POPS: Another great Trader Joe’s snack find were these airy, crunchy “pops” from TJ’s. 39 pieces are a serving… and only 3.5g fat coming from olive oil!

👉TRADER JOE’S TERIYAKI CHICKEN BOWL: While you’re at TJ’s looking for the snacks, head to the frozen section where you’ll find these yummy meals made with simple ingredients. Each bowl is 370 calories and 3.5g fat. You could bulk it up by addition additional veggies and/or protein.

👉FILLO’S REFRIED MILD CRANBERRY BEANS: Don’t be put off by the name… these are healthy refried beans and a chock full of fiber and flavor without too much fat (which by the way, comes from extra virgin olive oil). I made a delicious rice and salmon bowl with a scoop of Fillo’s and topped with broiled asparagus. Each 1/2 cup serving of refried beans is 150 calories, 4.5g fat, 1g added sugar, and 5g fiber.

👉PITAYA FOODS ORGANIC IMMUNITY: I just got back from a trip to Vietnam where Dragon Fruit, Passion Fruit, and Mango were plentiful and delicious. I was so happy to find this mixture at Whole Foods. I topped a bowl with a scoop of Good Culture cottage cheese and crushed walnuts for a dose of added protein and healthy fat.

👉TRADER JOE’S THAI PEANUT SATAY SAUCE: I love this sauce from TJ’s not only for dipping chicken (you can pair with their fully cooked organic grilled chicken breast strips for a tasty snack or mini meal), but it’s also great for mixing into meals.

👉HARRISON’S FRUIT SMILES: Fruit slices are one of my favorite candies. These cute little treats are made without dyes and a treat at 15 calories each!

👉SIETE SINGLE SERVE TORTILLA CHIPS: I’m so happy to see these grain-free chips now come in individual serving bags. Great for for snacks, or you can crush a few and top on a salad instead of croutons!

👉PRIMAL KITCHEN PLANT BASED QUESO STYLE DIP: While I’m posting about tortilla chips, let me mention this awesome dairy-free dip. I paired a scoop with Siete Lime chips, and it was a great combo.

👉NATURE’S PATH DARK CHOCOLATE OATMEAL: Dessert for breakfast! Mix berries into this yummy oatmeal and enjoy any time of day.

👉SEVEN TEAS GREEN TEA FLAVORS: For a refreshing beverage, mix 1/3 can with water for approx. 23 calories. It was the perfect balance of sweetness without too much sugar.

👉TRADER JOE’S SEASONED PIZZA CRACKERS: These may go down as the cutest crackers I’ve seen! These tasty pizza-shaped treats are only 55 calories each and made from simple ingredients. We are going to try them with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese!

👉SNOODS NOODLE CHIPS: These crunchy snacks come in flavors such as Cavatappi Carbonara, Rigatoni Basil Pomodoro and Spicy Miso Ramen. The Carbonara shown here was a great snack and I even tried a few crushed on my salad instead of croutons. Each serving is 80 calories, 1.5g fat, and 0 added sugar.

👉ZAHAV HUMMUS: I’ve tried lots of store-bought hummus, but this one from Zahav is restaurant quality. It’s made with simple ingredients and a has super smooth texture and can be used as a dip, topping for protein, and even salad dressing.

👉TRADER JOE’S GARLIC SHIITAKE GREEN BEANS: This bag of frozen prepared green beans was an easy way to put together a quick meal. Just mix in grilled chicken or another protein… or serve as a side dish.

👉SWEET NOTHING’S NUT BUTTER BITES: I found these at Newark Airport, and they were the perfect sweet bite I needed for my trip. I’ll be on the lookout for them in the supermarket, but in the meantime, they are on Amazon.

👉TRADER JOE’S PRETZEL BREADSTICKS: These are one of the best breadsticks I’ve ever had! I’ve always been a big pretzel fan, so these were satisfying at only 50 calories per stick.

👉FRUIT RIOT: These frozen Sour-Patch-like fruit pieces are hard to find, but I was lucky to get these 2 bags at my local supermarket. I loved the balance of flavors, which satisfied my sweet tooth without too much added sugar.

👉TRADER JOE’S SPARKLING GUAVA BEVERAGE: Use 1/2 can mixed with water or seltzer for a refreshing 25 calorie drink!

👉HEALTHY CHOICE GREEN GODDESS POWER BOWL: It can be hard to find a truly healthy frozen meal that tastes great. Made with healthy ingredients in a portion controlled package, this one was a winner.

👉TRADER JOE’S UBE TEA COOKIES: These cute little shortbread cookies are approximately 25 calories and 1g fat each, which make for a great sweet nibble after a meal.

👉LAOBAN GINGER CHICKEN DUMPLINGS: Each of these yummy chicken ginger dumplings is about 40 calories and 1g fat. I boiled them instead of pan-frying and they were delicious with a splash of low-sodium soy sauce.

👉TRADER JOE’S CHICKEN SHAWARMA BOWL: My husband said this was a good frozen option (I won’t eat peppers, so we have to go by his evaluation here)! I would bulk it up by adding additional veggies.

👉RAO’S TRUFFLE KETCHUP: You just need a tablespoon of this ketchup to dip or drizzle. It has a hint of truffle, without an overpowering flavor for just 20 calories.

👉REALGOOD FOODS LIGHTLY BREADED CHICKEN NUGGETS: Air fry or convection bake these nuggets and you’ll feel like you got them from a restaurant!

👉CHOCO DREAM CRISPY CREPES: Looking for a little chocolate treat after a meal? Try these crispy crepes! Each one is approximately 25 calories and 1g of fat.

👉ACTUAL VEGGIES BURGERS: The name says it all. Made with vegetables, beans, and other wholesome ingredients.

👉GOOD & GATHER GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST SKEWERS: So easy, simple, and ready to go. Fully cooked, just heat and eat! Pair with a salad, whole grains and veggies, or enjoy as an easy protein snack.

👉GOODLES LUCKY PENNE: Many of you know I’m a huge fan of Goodles Mac and Cheese varieties. We just had their penne pasta for dinner, and it did not disappoint. I love the ingredients and it boasts 7g fiber and 10g protein per serving.

👉DRESS IT UP SESAME TAHINI DRESSING: It’s tough to find salad dressing that uses olive oil along with other simple ingredients. I found this at my local Whole Foods, and it was a delicious addition to my salad.

👉GREEK COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD: This may or may not look good to you… but if you like a traditional Greek salad, give this a try! The base is Good Culture Low Fat Cottage Cheese, and I topped it with cucumbers, avocado, mushrooms, scallions, tomato, dill, olive oil, and EBTB seasoning. IT WAS SO GOOD!

👉TRADER JOE’S TORTILLA ESPANOLA: This works as a great breakfast or dinner side dish. It’s a delicious combo made primarily of potato, eggs, and onions at 150 calories and 7g fat per serving.

👉GOOEY HAZELNUT SPREAD: Next time you’re craving that “other” hazelnut spread, give this alternative a try. Made from better ingredients, almost half the calories and lower in fat… and yes, it is gooood!

👉MAMMA CHIA BLUEBERRY ACAI PREBIOTIC SQUEEZE PACK: I’ve been a fan of Mamma Chia for years and this snack pouch is packed with Omega-3’s and has 6g fiber for only 70 calories. Heads up - for best flavor, keep them in your refrigerator instead of room temp.

👉12 TIDES ORGANIC KELP SNACKS: If you enjoy seaweed snacks, this is for you (if you don’t, pass on this). 18 chips are a generous portion and made with avocado oil and only 2g fat.

👉DUMPLING DAUGHTER CHICKEN & CABBAGE DUMPLINGS: I always wanted to try a Dumpling Daughter restaurant when visiting Boston but haven’t had the opportunity. I saw these in Shoprite and had to try and they did not disappoint. 4 dumplings make a nice appetizer for 130 calories, 4g fat, and 3g fiber - or pair with veggies and protein for a complete meal.

👉KIDFRESH SPAGHETTI LOOPS WITH MEAT SAUCE: Yes, I love to eat kids’ meals and this one reminded me of my childhood canned spaghetti (I loved Spaghetti-O’s)!! I topped with fresh grated Parmesan and trust me, it’s delish!! Add a side salad, veggies and/or protein and you’ll have a quick and easy meal.

👉WE LOVE YOU KOREAN CHICKEN WING SAUCE & GLAZE: Easy peasy dip or marinade. Enjoy!

👉TRADER JOES CHICKEN, LENTIL & CARAMELIZED ONION PILAF: I loved this dish from TJ’s. A quick and easy option for approx 240 calories, 5g fat and 9g fiber in 1/3 bag. I recommend adding veggies and some additional protein if you’re using as a meal.

👉BETTER-OPTION SPRINKLES: Have you ever looked at the ingredient list on traditional sprinkles? I’m happy to have found these two options and keep them on hand at home. You can find them both on Amazon.

👉EAT MEATI CLASSIC (PLANT-BASED) CLASSIC STEAK: I saw this in Whole Foods a few weeks ago and have been meaning to try! Honest review here… I absolutely loved it, but my husband didn’t. These “steaks” are made primarily from mushroom root and other simple ingredients. It has a meaty taste and texture and was delicious with steak sauce (I think would be even better with sautéed onions). Each steak is 120 calories, has only 1g fat, provides 8g fiber, and 17 grams protein.

👉VEGAN GARDEN VEGETABLE PIZZA FROM LIDL: If you can get to a Lidl, pick up one of these vegan pizzas. 1/3 pie is 200 calories, 3.5g fat, 3g fiber, and 6g protein. I didn’t love their choice of oils, but for only 3.5 g of total fat, it’s a smaller amount than most pizza options. I did sprinkle a bit of light shredded mozzarella on top for some extra cheesiness!

👉GOOD FOOD MADE SIMPLE CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST: I haven’t seen frozen French toast options that are a good source of fiber, but these have 6g in 2 slices. My husband enjoyed them for breakfast with blueberries, sliced bananas, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

👉TRADER JOE’S BAKED PIZZA FLAVORED PILLOW CRISPS: These new snacks from TJ got mixed reviews online, but we loved them. They are light and crispy with a hint of pizza flavor without being overwhelming. The portion size is generous at 1/3 bag.

👉PLANT-BASED CASHEW PARMESAN: I love this vegan Parmesan topping! If you haven’t tried nutritional yeast, this would be a great place to start. The combo of ground cashews, seasoning, and nutritional yeast is delicious and has a cheesy Parmesan flavor. I loved it on roasted artichoke hearts, as seen in this picture.

👉KOOSHY CROUTONS: French Toast flavored croutons?! Sign me up! I haven’t tried these on a salad yet, but a handful of them were fun for a snack.

👉CLUSTERBUCKS SNICKERDOODLE SUPERFOOD CLUSTERS: Loved these granola-type clusters as crunchy snack. Just keep portion-control in check… they are so good so it’s easy to eat more than 1 serving!

👉ALYSSA’S HEALTHY CHOCOBITES: If you are familiar with and enjoy Alyssa’s Oatmeal Bites and Vegan Bites, give this chocolate version a try. I haven’t seen them in supermarkets yet, but I found them at my local CVS!

👉SCOUT SEAFOOD SNACKS ZA’ATAR CRISP: If you need a meal to go and want to upgrade your basic tuna, look for this kit from Scout. Inside the cup is a single serve can of tuna, a little fork, and a Za’atar crunch pack that includes dried chickpeas and pumpkin seeds. You can use less of the olive oil and crunchies based on your taste preference and/or if you want to lower the calorie and fat content.

👉TRADER JOE’S TRUFFLE GLAZE: Love truffles and a balsamic glaze? Try this truffle glaze from Trader Joe’s. The ingredients aren’t perfect, but a little goes a long way when you want to spruce up a meal. I tried it tonight on Trader Joe’s Riced Cauliflower Stir-Fry and it was so tasty.

👉DELICATA SQUASH: Another great Trader Joe’s item… Cut Delicata Squash! No need to wash, cut and scoop seeds. Simply line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with avocado oil, scatter the squash on the sheet, spray again and sprinkle with your seasoning of choice. Roast at 425 for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
