👉SWEETGREEN AVOCADO OIL AIR-FRIED RIPPLE FRIES: I love that Sweetgreen is now using avocado oil for their fries. This was a great lunch combo with an order of the Mini Mezze Kids’ Meal (I used half the tortilla chips and crumbled them on top).
👉DOLE ACAI BOWLS: An acai bowl at your local place can run you over 700 calories if you’re not careful with toppings. These portion controlled bowls from Dole are a great alternative to keep on hand at home for 210 calories and they contain 7g fiber. You could add your own additional toppings if you’d like!
👉CHEDDIES CRACKERS: I used to eat my son’s Goldfish crackers when he was younger - and this Classic Cheddar flavor brought me back to those days. I love the simplicity of the ingredients, and you can sometimes find them in single serve packs. I found these at my local Target.
👉LENTILFUL: I love lentils, but I don’t have the patience to prepare them myself. Enter these terrific Instant Lentil bowls. I tried the French Mirepoix flavor, and it was tasty and filling. I also tried it mixed with cooked chicken for additional protein and another day, I added them to my lunch salad. Each 200 calorie serving packs 6g fiber, 12g plant protein and less than a gram of fat.
👉DRIZZILICIOUS RICE CAKE BITES: Here is a great treat you can find at Target or Whole foods. These mini sweet rice cake bites are 90 calories and 3g fat per serving, which means you can portion out how much you want to eat at about 4 calories each!
👉PIZZOLATO ORGANIC NON-ALCOHOLIC SPARKING BEVERAGE: This “Champagne” comes with super cute sparkly packaging and has only 25 calories in a 6-ounce serving. Great when you’re looking for a fun beverage without the alcohol or extra calories.
