It’s not the swings fault.

Yes, it may have been a bad swing, but that's often the symptom of a deeper issue.

This deeper issue, or root cause, could be lack of mobility, control, and/or limited cacpacity to accept load with rotation and speed.

Your body deserves better.

POV: I don’t want to be that person who used to golf.

Being told "this is normal" is not a solution.

This mentality neglects the work and time required to discover and address "your why."

This mentality and saying are common.

Having symptoms is not normal.

It may be common, but not normal.

And you should not accept it as so.

Words matter.
