This training is designed for anyone ready to deepen their healing, understand energy work, and learn the foundations of Reiki for personal or professional growth. Great for anyone looking to practice more self-healing and more; No experience is required! All are welcome to join us.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese technique that supports stress reduction, relaxation, and the body’s natural ability to heal. In Level I, you’ll learn how Reiki works, how universal life energy flows, and how to begin using it with confidence.
