Not sure who needs to hear this but… Being in the beauty industry, (Esthetician/Massage Therapist) I have so many people on my table lately expressing how many things they don’t like about their appearance (men and women), having trouble catching someone’s eye, asking me to “fix” their face make them young and beautiful again .. There has never been a person I have run across that didn’t posses some feature that made them beautiful or handsome.. HEAR this.. You will feel better about yourself if you focus on what you have and not what others do or the unattainable..Confidence is key, walk around with that air of confidence and you’re sexy even if you don’t feel it. FAKE it till ya make it. I’m not saying not to better yourself with health and fitness (I need a trainer to whip my ass in shape.. See we all have our issues 🤷‍♀️). Im not saying to forgo beauty treatments that you enjoy and make a difference. . I’m saying stop focusing on the negative and embrace what you have! Be a rockstar In your own head and exude confidence and watch how people compliment you! So we have some lines and wrinkles.. stomachs are not as flat anymore, we prefer home and enjoying family, motorcycles/toys that we’ve earned by grinding work daily.. we’re all getting older, it’s inevitable .. Each stage is beautiful in its own right with wisdom and knowledge gained along the way.. I feel more beautiful now than ever and I’m mid 40’s 😳. So smile, it looks good on ya 😉
