Our Chronic Disease team had a great day at the Franciscan Health Home Health Skills Fair!

Franciscan's Home Health agency is not only a valued partner, but also a wonderful referral source for our programs. Events like this give us the chance to connect with their staff, share updates, and remind them that our team is here as a resource for Franciscan patients and the community.

We're grateful for the opportunity to collaborate and work together toward better health outcomes!

Did you know that there is no required number of ounces to donate to The Milk Bank? Many women feel that they just don't have enough extra milk to make a difference. BUT... EVERY OUNCE COUNTS! Just one ounce of donated breast milk will provide up to three feedings for Indiana's NICU babies! Whether you donate a little, a lot, one time, or multiple times, it all adds up to help our tiniest Hoosiers thrive.

You're warmly invited to attend our Dementia Support Group, held on the third Tuesday of each month from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Crawfordsville Park and Recreation Center, located at 922 E South Boulevard, Crawfordsville, IN 47933. This group offers a compassionate space for caregivers, family members, and friends to connect, share experiences, and find support.
