New community open group is starting on May 5. If you are grieving and need support, please consider joining us.

If you’re navigating the journey of grief, you don’t have to do it alone.

Our monthly grief support group, led by Jai Miranda, Certified Grief Coach and Educator, offers a compassionate and structured space for connection and healing. Jai provides guidance, group expectations, and a steady framework, while participants are encouraged to shape the conversation topics and pace based on their needs.

Using a flexible, participant-centered approach, discussions unfold organically and may include:
• Sharing memories, photos, or keepsakes
• Navigating holidays and birthdays
• Managing emotions and coping strategies
• Changes in family and social relationships
• Finding ways to move forward

Each session lasts 75 minutes and is designed to foster understanding, support, and community.

⏳ Recommended for those who are at least 4 months beyond their loss
