Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, an in-house rehabilitation team creates individualized therapy plans based on each patient's unique abilities and goals. Our on-site physician provides patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment, allowing timely responses to medical emergencies or changes.

🍪 We decorated cookies for National Cookie Day. Thank you to Kelly with Heart to Heart Hospice donated the cookies! The residents had fun decorating the cookies before eating them. 😋

We have also been having fun with our advent calendar this month. 🗓️ It really is the most wonderful time of the year! 🎁

The Lane House thanks our volunteer Melanie for all she does for our community. 🫶 Melanie volunteers every Sunday unless she is someplace warm on vacation. She recruits her family to assist her at times, and she and her family love our residents. She truly is a blessing to our facility and our residents. 🩷
