We are proud to recognize Kayden Wilbur as our October Employee of the Month!
From the very beginning of her career, Kayden has shown that her heart and dedication have set her apart. Becoming a CNA is one of her proudest achievements and it truly shows in the way she cares for each resident. When residents tell her “I love you” or share how much they’ve missed her, it’s a reflection of the compassion and connection she brings into the workplace every day. She participates where she is needed without hesitation.
For Kayden, motivation comes directly from the residents. She sees her role, not just as a job, but as being welcomed into someone’s home. She treats each resident with the same love and respect she would give her own grandparents. To Kayden, true success is knowing the residents are well cared for, enjoy sharing laugh, or having a bright day being within each resident’s presence.
Outside of work Kayden enjoys playing softball, spending quality time with her family, and cheering on basketball during the season. She dreams of one day traveling to beautiful Bora Bora and also excited about a new addition to her immediate family soon!
