Our 9AM crew showed UP on Monday! 👏🔥

We had some new faces in class and we want to give them a big Sunchaser welcome:

⭐️ Jim (middle) — visiting from Maine until March! He recently started CrossFit with his daughter back home, and we’re pumped to have him training with us while he’s here. Jim, welcome to your SCF family away from home — and we hope this becomes your go-to gym every time you’re in town!

⭐️ Taylor (right) — she’s dropped in for a few classes and joined some Community FIT workouts… and now she’s officially signed up for the CrossFit Open! 🙌💪 Even though she’s not a member (yet 😉), we LOVE anyone who wants to challenge themselves and see what they’re capable of.

⭐️ Kelly (left) — it’s her first week jumping into group class and she’s already fitting right in!

Next time you see them, give them a high five and help us keep the SCF energy strong! 🧡🌴
