Please read. There are no quick and easy answers. This is not a question of education, making somebody better than somebody else. But those who have gone through the process of obtaining higher degrees have learned how to research. There are so many individuals and departments who have put in the work to better understand autism. Wouldn’t it makes sense to build on what these people have done? To include those who have worked so hard in this area?

As a pediatric speech language pathologist I spend a lot of my day with autistic people. And make no mistake, they are people.  Their worth is not measured in how they perform. As a follower of Jesus, I believe they are made in the image of God just like we all are. I have heard it argued that RFK, JR comes from a place of caring. I am not sure I believe that, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt. But if he truly cares, then he will do the research, he will spend the time getting to know these people and loving them as so many of us do. And he will correct what he publicly declared.

Math night!!

TONIGHT from 5:30-6:30pm at the Library, MATH NIGHT returns!!!!!
FOR GRADES 2nd-8th!!!! Lower grades accompanied by a parent.

Math Night is a fantastic way to encourage your child's success and confidence in MATH.

In each session, we will do several fun hands-on activities relating to some math topic, such as probability, combinations & permutations, game theory, tessellation, or knot theory. Although those topics may sound advanced, the activities are very accessible for kids.
