Need a little pick me up in the middle of your day? I love the combination of these three together. I usually put about 10 drops of lemon, 3 drops of peppermint, and 2 drops of thieves. The peppermint adds a little punch to the lemon essence and of course, my thieves is my defense oil. These bring such a freshness to my office and keeps going. Love my Young Living USA
