Why I Started E2L Wellness (and What “Back to the Basics” Means to Me)

I created E2L Wellness because I knew healing had to look different. Not more complicated—but more connected. I watched people (including myself) constantly chasing results, trends, and quick fixes… and still feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and out of alignment.

I realized the answer was never in doing more—it was in doing less of what drains us, and more of what brings us back to the basics.

With the current state of healthcare, it is important to learn/know how to heal thyself. I began my herbal journey while working as an RN in the ICU. In a rush to end my shift, I spiked a bag of antibiotics, and the tubing was faulty, and some of the contents got on my skin. After washing the area several times, I could still smell the antibiotic. That's when I started taking precautions with traditional medicine. I started making herbal solutions for common problems in 2017, such as pain relief, headaches, skin issues, sore muscles, smokers' cough, cold, and flu symptoms etc. I have yet to discover anything that herbal remedies can't resolve.
