If you're a seasoned Medical Receptionist ready to step into leadership, we'd love to chat with you about joining our team at Stallant, where we’re reimagining healthcare through a hospitality-first lens. In the Front Office Manager role, you’ll guide the reception and hospitality team while supporting our providers who deliver essential primary and specialty care services.

We’re looking for someone who can keep our front office running smoothly in Crescent City, while also leading a team with heart. You’ll be the go-to for making sure scheduling, check-ins, insurance, and records all flow smoothly without losing sight of the bigger picture: creating a great experience for every patient who walks through the door.

You’ll be doing things like:
- Leading, supporting, and coaching the front office team.
- Making sure scheduling, check-in/out, and records stay accurate.
- Building better workflows to make life easier for patients and staff.
- Partnering with providers to keep care seamless.
- Keeping everything in line with HIPAA and clinic policies.

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years as a medical receptionist.
- Someone who naturally takes ownership and cares about the details.
- Leadership skills—you know how to motivate a team.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Bonus points for prior supervisory experience or being bilingual (English/Spanish).
