My husband and I are the owners of SomaSmart Studios LLC, located in Crescent City Florida. We recently renovated our 3-car detached garage into a peaceful meditation studio, and we are eager for you to visit! I am currently Level One Certified with Soma Breath Meditation, and I am working my way up through 5 more levels of certification. Things are only getting started ; )

When I found Soma Breath on YouTube and started following the founder, Niraj Naik, I was blown away by the concept. A meditation that kept me fully engaged in the Now! The music was fun; the visual fractals kept me entertained and focused; the chanting is still never long enough; and breathing along to the rhythm with someone counting in the background kept me on point. SOMA Breath became my go-to, fail-safe choice in my mindfulness and meditation practices! I began to see and feel the changes that were happening, not only in my physical health, but in my mental health! When I decided to become a certified Soma Breathing instructor, my husband and I followed our hearts and decided to transform my art studio into a meditation studio, and this is how SomaSmart Studios began 😊 Our studio offers driveway parking outside an air conditioned space with a full bathroom, rubber mat flooring, surround sound, and visual effects creating just the right ambiance to bring you to that place of stillness during your healing practice. With this studio, we are hoping to give back and help others find a wellness routine that works for them by offering a space specifically designed for meditation, yoga, and many other healing modalities.

Major Shout Out 📣 to the Gathering Artists Of Putnam for putting on an excellent Opening show at The River Center on Friday night!
I felt such a warm welcome from the members, as this was my first Juried Art Show that displayed my work. So proud of my elephant painting amongst other talented artists! Also, shout out to my amazing husband Tommy Mulligan for all your loving support!
