My husband and I are the owners of SomaSmart Studios LLC, located in Crescent City Florida. We recently renovated our 3-car detached garage into a peaceful meditation studio, and we are eager for you to visit! I am currently Level One Certified with Soma Breath Meditation, and I am working my way up through 5 more levels of certification. Things are only getting started ; )

When I found Soma Breath on YouTube and started following the founder, Niraj Naik, I was blown away by the concept. A meditation that kept me fully engaged in the Now! The music was fun; the visual fractals kept me entertained and focused; the chanting is still never long enough; and breathing along to the rhythm with someone counting in the background kept me on point. SOMA Breath became my go-to, fail-safe choice in my mindfulness and meditation practices! I began to see and feel the changes that were happening, not only in my physical health, but in my mental health! When I decided to become a certified Soma Breathing instructor, my husband and I followed our hearts and decided to transform my art studio into a meditation studio, and this is how SomaSmart Studios began 😊 Our studio offers driveway parking outside an air conditioned space with a full bathroom, rubber mat flooring, surround sound, and visual effects creating just the right ambiance to bring you to that place of stillness during your healing practice. With this studio, we are hoping to give back and help others find a wellness routine that works for them by offering a space specifically designed for meditation, yoga, and many other healing modalities.

You will find that by breathing in Extended Exhalations for uninterrupted periods of time, you will experience a beautiful natural "high".
Join me on Mondays at 8pm EST on ZOOM for our weekly Soma Breathwork Practices. With these deep Brainwave Entrainment music tracks- these meditations are extremely powerful. The Parasympathetic Nervous System will be stimulated to the max, which is where the Self Healing takes place!

Januarys schedule: Week 1 we start with the breath rhythm of 2:4 and 3:6 (Doubling the exhalation)
Next week: we do 4: breath, going a bit slower now, and adding a hold with 4:8:4
Following week: we do a rhythm of 4:4:4 (3 Rounds)
Finishing up the month with a high intensity Mix of all the rhythms combined!

Welcoming in 2026, I am pleased to share the Schedule for our SOMA Breathwork Group for the month of January. We will be learning several breath techniques and understanding why they are beneficial! Here's what to expect:

January 5th- we are doing a 2:4 Breath. This means we breathe in for a count of 2 and breathe out for a count of 4. This is followed by a 3:6 breath count. Creating Relaxation and Euphoria!

January 12th- we are doing an even longer extended breath of In for a 4 count and Out for an 8 count, followed by a 4:8:4 which includes a breath hold- Activating the Parasympathetic

January 19th will be 3 Rounds of a 4:4 Breath Count creating coherence in the Heart, Brain and Nervous System

January 26 is a mix of several breath techniques that we covered the first 3 weeks of the month!

Let's start this next year off on the right foot by creating Coherence, Alignment and Balance within our minds, hearts and nervous systems!
