Good morning! ♥ Here is Coastal Connections December calendar.
Along with all of our class flyers! If you see anything you would like to attend please reach out and let me know. ( WE ALSO HOLD THE MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID CLASSES THROUGH OUT THE YEAR THESE ARE FREE AND LUNCH IS PROVIDED) You can call the office (707)-464-3060 Mon-Fri 8-5 pm. (closed 12pm-1pm for lunch)
You can also text (707)-954-2660 and let me know your name and event you would like to attend as well as if you need a ride (needs to be a member before I can transport). Become a Coastal Connections member to join in any of our events. (Application required to be a member stop by the center to get one)
PSA: For the cooking classes I will need to know as soon as possible if you are coming or the class may not be held. For party's/dinners we host I will need to know asap if you are coming.
You can always call or text to double check if we are holding it.

ATTENTION EVERYONE: WE HAVE A YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID CLASS COMING UP THIS TUESDAY, DEC 9TH. PLEASE REGISTER ASAP!!

We also have an adult mental health first aid class on January 9th. Feel free to register for that as well. Both classes are FREE!! :D
