We are so excited to announce that the incredible Cate Classen will be teaching Hot Yoga starting Saturday September 6th 9:30-11 AM✨

With over 22 years of practice, Cate has created an evolved, organic approach to teaching and guiding movement through energy awareness that restructures the body from the inside out. Cate’s unique way of guiding movement doesn’t just reshape the body—it moves energy through it and that reshapes the body. Unlike traditional yoga, which often prioritizes form, or ancient energy practices that follow rigid systems, Cate’s work is about organic movement guided by the Lower Dantien—the body's energetic core. This is the personal joy of this teaching, discovering how to access natural relaxed power is an exciting discovery you will take into your daily life.

Her Hot Yoga class is rooted in the beloved 26/2 Yoga Bikram Series, combing an ancient practice with a newly awakened intelligence unbound by the constraints of lineage or tradition.

Her Hot Yoga class on Saturdays will begin with 30 minutes of posture & alignment instruction, so you can confidently and safely deepen into the postures during the 60 minutes of flow that follows.
