It's been a long time since I have updated - and I have been going back and forth on this for the last year or so. As of December 19th I will no longer massaging. It has been an amazing 6 years, but I am way too busy with my full time job (that I absolutely love) and would like to keep my weekends that I'm home with friends and family. This last year has showed me alot and that I can't keep spreading myself thin anymore.

I want to thank all my amazing clients over the past 6 years, you have all molded me into a better person as well as enhanced my skill set. Your patience with my ever changing schedule has been more than appreciated.

For those who have gift certificates please get with me prior to Dec 1st - so I can make sure they are scheduled prior to Dec 19th. I will not be offering cash refunds on them as many of them were bought on promotions for cheaper prices than what I offer now, and in the past 3 years I have sold less than 10 of them.

Thank you everyone for understanding - from the bottom of my heart - I thank you and love you all!!

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT!! WE ARE NOW IN TIER 1!! WHICH MEANS NO MORE DOCTOR'S NOTES!!

Sorry.. a little excited here! So with that being said I will be taking clients on Saturday this weekend. I am back in school, so I can't do evenings, but can do appointments Saturday. Please message me, times will go fast!

OK SO I AM SO EXCITED!! DCEO JUST ANNOUNCED THAT WE CAN DO 60 MINUTE MASSAGES!! SO WITH THAT BEING SAID I WILL BE OPEN AGAIN STARTING TOMORROW!! PLEASE MESSAGE OR TEXT ME TO BOOK!!

So got the state stipulations today, and they are pretty strict. I will be reopening soon, so let's get started:

1. All Massages are 30 mins or less, which means no hot stone, body scrubs, or raindrop therapy at this time.

2. All clients must wear a mask when entering the building, during massage while supine(laying on back), and when exiting massage. Massage Therapist will wear a mask at all times.

3. Hand sanitizer will be both in the lobby of Now & Zen and in the massage room. Please utilize it.

4. Before your massage begins you will be asked a series of questions regarding contact with anyone with covid 19, symptoms of covid 19 etc. I will have a form for you to sign regarding covid-19.

5. Temps will be taken upon entering Now & Zen via touchless thermal scan of forehead, if you read 100.0 or above you will be sent home, and asked to contact your primary care doctor for further instructions.

6. No face/scalp/neck massage in the supine position at this time due to face - to - face contact.

7. Please remain in your vehicle and text or call me once you arrive, I will let you know when it is ok to come in. At this time I can allow only one person to come in at a time.

Please understand that all of this is what I need to follow to open back up per DCEO/IDPH guidelines. I'm sorry that massages can't be longer and the guidelines are very strict.

So it looks like possibly after May 29th I will be able to open... however, I'm am awaiting clarification from IDPH/IDFPR/DCEO on what precautionary measures have to be in place prior to me opening. Which I'm sure that means changes for the client also. So be patient with me, I am going to reopen as soon as I can, in the safest way possible for both my clients and myself!!
