May 1st is May Day when we share natures beauty with each other. It is also Beltane, a time to celebrate all that Spring brings.

Kelsey Kilgore will be playing her beautiful Quartz Singing bowls in Celebration of ALL that is Spring while the students are suspended in our silks.

If you would like, Bring your favorite crystal, flower or herb to enjoy during class. Let’s get our Spring & Planting season off to a productive start by taking a moment to relax, re-charge and restore.

I am instructing these Chair yoga classes offered by Central Citizens Libraty District, located in Clifton, for anyone interested. There is no cost to the students.
If you want to improve strength, balance and flexibility it is a great opportunity to “try” yoga.
