90 min. 27 pose Hot Yoga in the Bikram style. We enjoy an inside/outside shower as we detox, strengthen and heal from bones to skin! Transformation!!

90 min. 27 pose Original Hot Yoga. This yoga is athletic but also slow and gentle. This class series focuses on the dantian, the feet, the breath, the tailbone, the chin, the center of the chest.... the energy body. I guide this class with a brand of Light Body Yoga, the students are reminded to check in with their energy centers to achieve as much balance and flow as possible for the whole energy system, not just the body.

I've learned the art of being a Healer as a result of needing healing. When I began the journey of the healer I did not understand love as I do now and I don't know half of what I could!! The most present thing on my mind each day is how to more completely connect to this truth. It is the only truth that interests me anymore. LOVE holds all the answers to what humans are hoping for.

EINSTEIN’S MOST POWERFUL MESSAGE OF LOVE
In the late 1980s, Lieserl, the daughter of the famous genius, donated 1,400 letters, written by Einstein, to the Hebrew University, with orders not to publish their contents until two decades after his death. This is one of them, for Lieserl Einstein.
…”When I proposed the theory of relativity, very few understood me, and what I will reveal now to transmit to mankind will also collide with the misunderstanding and prejudice in the world.
I ask you to guard the letters as long as necessary, years, decades, until society is advanced enough to accept what I will explain below.
There is an extremely powerful force that, so far, science has not found a formal explanation to. It is a force that includes and governs all others, and is even behind any phenomenon operating in the universe and has not yet been identified by us.
This universal force is LOVE.
When scientists looked for a unified theory of the universe they forgot the most powerful unseen force.
Love is Light, that enlightens those who give and receive it.
Love is gravity, because it makes some people feel attracted to others.
Love is power, because it multiplies the best we have, and allows humanity not to be extinguished in their blind selfishness. Love unfolds and reveals.
For love we live and die.
Love is God and God is Love.
This force explains everything and gives meaning to life. This is the variable that we have ignored for too long, maybe because we are afraid of love because it is the only energy in the universe that man has not learned to drive at will.
To give visibility to love, I made a simple substitution in my most famous equation.
If instead of E = mc2, we accept that the energy to heal the world can be obtained through love multiplied by the speed of light squared, we arrive at the conclusion that love is the most powerful force there is, because it has no limits.
After the failure of humanity in the use and control of the other forces of the universe that have turned against us, it is urgent that we nourish ourselves with another kind of energy…
If we want our species to survive, if we are to find meaning in life, if we want to save the world and every sentient being that inhabits it, love is the one and only answer.
Perhaps we are not yet ready to make a bomb of love, a device powerful enough to entirely destroy the hate, selfishness and greed that devastate the planet.
However, each individual carries within them a small but powerful generator of love whose energy is waiting to be released.
When we learn to give and receive this universal energy, dear Lieserl, we will have affirmed that love conquers all, is able to transcend everything and anything, because love is the quintessence of life.
I deeply regret not having been able to express what is in my heart, which has quietly beaten for you all my life. Maybe it’s too late to apologize, but as time is relative, I need to tell you that I love you and thanks to you I have reached the ultimate answer! “.

These classes are designed to turn on the lights in your Being. We all have it within, but it can get very gummed up with life. I experience it like anyone else, so I understand the value of clearing the whole system open to flow and let the LIGHT in!
We spend the first part of a class in visualization for your session, where I guide the class into a future of your own creation by becoming present to yourself. Each class is a little different as the individual group energy guides the process..... It's a slice of yoga magic that I offer to groups who practice with me.

It's official! I am no longer teaching the Bikram Yoga dialog. It is still the same 26/2 Series; the poses are the same, but how you access them is different! This dialog will offer you many new things to focus on, parts of your body that you have never thought of!
We have Earth Beat Music or completely calm, inspired Spirit Music.
All of the music, Earthbeats or Calm Spirit Soul, is tuned to help you FEEL.... and as you FEEL more you can alter more deeply, and altering cues subtly with technical know-how, allows the body to flow open with ease. You will see!

Yes, I will be teaching you a series of yoga poses; but, I will actually be guiding your being through a practice that will become a portal to physical/emotional and heart healing.
We must move our bodies. The lymphatic system requires it! 1000's of years of wisdom and knowledge are at our disposal with a yoga practice, they had our healing in their minds when they shared it with us!

Healing Hearts Yoga HOTTIES!
The classes I have been teaching are Up-Leveling to meet the needs of an ever more challenging social/emotional environment.
Over the past 3 years, I've been crawling through my own intense shadow work; so, I have a really good idea of how crappy life can feel. We are in need of some high-powered, yet gentle tools to navigate the deluge of shifts and changes we are in. These classes are going to support this for you. Let's get safe in our bodies with consciousness and awareness. You will learn how to check in with yourself and see if you can locate the anxiety, the tightness, the sadness, the fear. We will practice together, how to feel ok! How to feel OK! Then we move on to empowered, creative inspiration for your existence. We are opening to FLOW and that is as individual as you are!
I hope you trust me to teach you, I am honored. Because I had to learn how I can help you to explore the beautiful path to Grace and Ease!

Dearest Hotties!
My brush with death these past few months and then a slow restart to yoga teaching, has illuminated me; if I am going to continue offering Hot Yoga, I am going to have to do it my way, as an Energy Healer! I've realized that it's been more taxing for me as a Yoga Teacher to hold the Energy Healer back, so it's officially coming together for true Hot Yoga HEART Healing!
This means, if you are an Energy Hound, a Sensi person who wants to be in the passionate field of healing, then you are in the right place! These classes are geared to the person who has some experience with the 26/2 series and who wants to ride Cosmic Waves while being guided through your class. Where to be, how to position yourself, what to do, how to heal, refine your stance, move your elbow, how to clear. Heal. Clear. We do it all. When we are done, you take all of the healing you just affected with you to integrate into your body and your life.
Let's get ourselves tuned up for the next millennium!
(Plant Medicines are encouraged for experienced practitioners).

Our Story

90 min. 27 pose Hot Yoga.

Hot Yoga has changed my life twice. Thirteen years ago, I stepped into my first Bikram Hot Yoga class and the rest is history. That first step was 3 years after I had become pretty sick in 2000. As an Architectural Designer I was building and finishing large metal furnishings and my body became overloaded with the materials I was working with. Three years later, when I walked into that first studio, I was much, much better, but still struggling to recover full health and vitality. Hot Yoga, sweating, moving, breathing dramatically changed my life for the better. The second opportunity began in 2012 with advanced stage breast cancer. For 5 years, I walked the hallways of Earth School to move cancer out of my body without cutting, burning and poisoning it beyond recognition. I used food instead. Once again, I got better and better but I still struggled for years to recover my energy and strength. Healing Hearts Hot Yoga Studio dropped into my life and once again, I fully recovered!! So, 13 years after stepping into that first studio, I am offering it to others to assist them to heal their hearts, their bodies, their minds, their souls.

The studio is primarily a healing space. I include Hot Yoga because it is a gateway to healing like few that I have found. I also teach Self Healing through the use of Energy Medicine which includes things like prayer, Reiki, meditation, grounding, breathing, eating to heal, mindfulness, and much more. Hot Yoga is a foundation to stay healthy, centered and grounded in my body so that my Spirit and Soul can fly free with joy and compassion.

I truly hope that you will take the opportunity to join us as we work in one accord during class. I will help you in any way I can to find your healing path. Perhaps your healing path is just needing some Hot Yoga to push out the toxins and to bring in life force and strength and happiness! Perhaps you need more support; I have lots and lots of healing tools to share. Maybe we start with this and add Hot Yoga later.
