Ann Merli is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher & Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher and Ayurveda Yoga Specialist. Cardinal Way Wellness, LLC was born out of her love of supporting people on the path of self discovery of the internal workings of the body, mind and spirit.
