Look out for Power Circuit (5pm) and Fusion 45 (6pm) on Tuesdays and Power Pump(5pm) and Athletic Mat (6pm) on Thursdays! Your first class is free! What a great time hosting the Cub Scouts at Momentum this week! Some super fun agility courses, games on our reaction wall and a little time in the golf simulator!

Fitness in Barrett Township - We are opening!

Come join us at our Open House at BARC -1200 Rte. 390 in Cresco to see the new gym and sign up this Saturday and Sunday from 10-5pm.

Our soft opening starts January 12th 6am - 10pm so you can get started on those New Year’s resolutions!!!
