✅🟣 CUPPING THERAPY 🟣✅

One of the most frequently asked questions I get is, “What is cupping, exactly?” 🤔
There are a couple different ways to cup in the massage world. Some therapists use glass cups with fire, some use silicone cups, and others use plastic cups.
All different materials, one main idea: suction.
Cupping therapy is an ancient modality that many practitioners use to increase healing in the body. It is believed that creating suction to one or a few specific areas of the body can increase circulation, remove toxins, stimulate lymph flow (immune support), and reduce muscle tension.
The idea is that cupping lifts the tissues and aids in separating any adhesions lying within the fascia while also pulling old, stagnant blood to the surface which allows new, fresh blood to enter and replenish the area.
The suction can be adjusted to each client’s preference and comfort level, controlling any discomfort.
Afterwards, some people can experience some discoloration which look like bruising. These circular marks can last a few days, but eventually disappear completely.
Cupping is just a $10 add-on, try it out at your next appointment!
