Enjoying this fall-like morning on the deck before heading off to church. One of the things I'm so grateful for is getting this excess weight off. 85.4 down as of this morning. 16 more pounds to go to hit my surgeon's goal weight! Feeling healthy and blessed. ❤️

I haven't posted in a while and hadn't taken my measurements in about 3 months, so I felt it was time to do so. I have to say I'm really shocked and excited with my results to date.
Overall, from head to toe, a total loss of 86.75 inches and 81.7 pounds. Holy crap!!
This includes 16 inches off my waist, 15 off my hips, 12 from the Bust area, 4 inches off both biceps, 7 inches off both thighs, and even 2.5 off each calf. The circumference of my head is even 3 inches less!
This surgery was the best decision I've ever made for myself. Feeling very proud and accomplished. Only about 19 more pounds to meet my doctor's goal. Go me!

It's been a few weeks since I posted an update. I went in for knee replacement surgery on June 6th, and one of the effects of the surgery was a 7 pound weight gain. It made me sad, but I knew it was temporary. It took me 3 weeks to lose it, plus a little more. I'm back! Down 70.7 pounds as of this morning. There's no turning back!
