When your child says 'and then… and then… and then…' — that's not rambling. That's a storyteller finding their voice.

For years, I lived with constant sinus infections, dry mouth, snoring, migraines, and TMJ pain. I thought it was just “normal.” As I dove deeper into myofunctional therapy, I realized these issues were all connected rooted in airway dysfunction and mouth breathing that started in childhood.

Breathing, sleep, oral function, posture, nervous system regulation, facial development, feeding, swallowing, and airway health are not random disconnected issues. They are clues. And when we ignore them, the body keeps adapting until “normal” becomes exhaustion, poor sleep, anxiety, mouth breathing, tension, poor growth patterns, and chronic symptoms. 🫁✨
