Committing to a 2–3 year journey to expand my palate with MARPE hasn’t been easy 😮‍💨🛠️But waking up exhausted, struggling to breathe, and settling for suboptimal health? That was harder 😔💤I chose the hard path of expansion, discomfort, and discipline—because I was tired of surviving on shallow breaths and restless nights 🌬️🌙When I was in the active phase, light shone right through the gap in my palate 💡👄Now? It barely shows. That’s not just progress—it’s bone growth 🦴✨It means my body is adapting, stabilizing, and locking in this change for life. More space to breathe. A future I can fully live in 🌿This journey hasn’t been easy. But it’s been worth it. And I’d choose it all over again 🙌💪
