Feeling a little "off" this morning? If you're wholly electronic, your devices may have just changed and you didn't realize it (there's a lot going on in the world lately).
There's no magical yoga sequence to help with this time change. And science tells us this one can be difficult.
Be gentle with yourself today. Breathe, nap if you need to. Enjoy the extra daylight in the morning, and give yourself some time to adjust.
