That’s a wrap on our first 10-week Strength & Conditioning program! We tailored the training towards the athletes in the WESA program with testing before and after our 10 week program. We saw an increase in agility, vertical height, and single leg control and power! Summer Strength and Conditioning programs will be coming up with programs for various sports. Let us know if your athlete would be interested!

You want to spend your WHOLE life doing the things you love, not just part of it. Right?

You want to feel strong, confident and capable in your body so that you can pursue your goals passionately and with abandon.

And. The average American lifespan is 76.4 years. 
Middle Age for the average American isn’t 50, it’s 38.

Many of us are lucky that our gym is our backyard and the activities we love also keep us strong, but if you want to take things one step further—prolong your active life and your life in general—there’s more you can do.

Regular structured exercise and most specifically: strength training! Will do more than just slow the aging process, it can actually reverse it. 

Aim to to do some form of resistance training 2-4 times per week and feel the difference it makes in your sports!

Start now, never stop!
