Hello, my name is Dr. Kuhn and I own the Crestline Chiropractic Clinic. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA and received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in February of 2004. If you are looking for a Chiropractor, look no further. I mainly use Diversified and Gonstead Adjusting techniques. I am currently accepting new patients and would love to have you as a patient. I

opened the Crestline Chiropractic Clinic on May 16th, 2005. I accept Workers Comp / Work Injuries, Personal Injuries / Car Accidents, Sports Injuries, Medicare, Medicaid, and most other insurances. Most of the time we are able to get new patients in on the same or following day. I also perform Sports and Work Physicals. Some of the more common problems that I treat include headaches, neck pain, back pain, carpal tunnel, disc problems, fibromyalgia, arthritis, numbness, sciatica, leg pain, arm pain, shoulder pain, and scoliosis.
