I am pleased to announce the release of Requiem for All Saints. It features music that I have written for our church worship services. Requiem for All Saints was premiered last November. Additionally there are three anthems that I wrote this past year and two masses that we sing in worship. I am so proud of our Chancel choir and musicians. You can find it on Amazon Music, Spotify, and YouTube music, along with many other platforms. It will be on Apple Classical in two weeks. Hello, Refresh on the Mountain yogis!

Due to safety and parking concerns, Refresh will be be closed tomorrow and there won’t be class in-person.

If you want me to hold a vinyasa flow class by zoom at 9:15, let me know and I’ll post the zoom link here. I’m happy to support you in keeping your practice up ~ Cathleen
