Almost two weeks of using the skincare line and collagen from LifeVantage and I LOVE IT!!! This week I’ve ditched the foundation on the days I present and today I skipped everything but mascara!

Many of you know I struggle to sleep since I’ve gotten sober. I’ve tried everything from prescription meds that were all way too strong to essential oils and all the different kinds of magnesium. THIS helps. I no longer wake up after an hour! And I still diffuse my oils too 😁

So I have been on a health journey lately. Honesty with my healthcare providers and most importantly myself! Migraines for 20+ years, chronic back pain since my injury 8 years ago, and I now have high blood glucose. Changes are coming! Stay tuned!
