Creston Specialty Care is a skilled nursing and long-term care community providing compassionate, individualized care for our residents, while also caring for their family's wellbeing and peace of mind. We serve residents from Union County, Iowa, and many surrounding communities. We are committed to providing our residents with an active and engaging quality of life through daily programming, social and educational activities, and services that promote physical health, provide mental stimulation, increase engagement and help our residents thrive in a home-like setting. Jerry A has been living at Creston Specialty Care for three years. He enjoys meeting new people and participating in most of the activities offered here. Originally from Nebraska, Jerry moved here to assist his father on the farm, where he met his wife, Barb, and they’ve since built a life together. He takes pride in having managed a grain elevator and being a certified electrician, as well as his time working for Sears. Jerry encourages the younger generation to pursue what they love!
