At Spotlight, we live the "for kids by kids" model! 💖 Our National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA) Chapter at Spotlight empowers teens to lead with purpose! This peer-governed group doesn't wait for direction—they create and execute free programs for our community. ✨

From running a full day of activities for children on no-school days to providing free dance lessons, these students manage every detail: choreography, marketing, lesson plans, and supplies. This is high-level leadership and community commitment in action! 🌱
