🌿 Healthy Bites for Busy Nights 🌿
At Carroll Family Chiropractic, we know life gets busy — but eating well doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the kitchen!

This week’s Healthy Bite is a cozy, flavorful twist on a classic:
🥣 Thai Chicken Noodle Soup 🥢

A soothing mix of lean protein, fresh herbs, and zesty lime — it’s comfort food with a nutritious kick that supports your body’s immune system and helps fight inflammation (thank you, ginger and garlic!).

Here’s how to make it:
✨ Bring 8 cups of chicken broth to a boil and add garlic, ginger, shallots, lemongrass (or lime zest), and cilantro.
✨ Simmer 30 minutes, strain, and return broth to the pot.
✨ Add thin-sliced chicken and snow peas. Cook until done. Stir in lime juice and fish sauce.
