We’re excited to welcome Grace to Ellie as our newest intern! 🌱

Grace brings compassion, curiosity, and a strong commitment to supporting mental wellness. She’ll be working alongside our clinical team, gaining hands-on experience while helping us continue to provide thoughtful, client-centered care.

Grace has experience working with children, teens, and adults struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety/phobia related issues. She also has experience working with children diagnosed with autism. As someone trained in OCD treatments, she understands how distressing intrusive thoughts, fears, and repetitive behaviors can be.

Join us in giving Grace a warm welcome-we’re so glad to have her with us! Call our intake team at 859-600-6990 or schedule an online appointment with her on our website (https://elliementalhealth.com/locations/crestview-hills-ky/) 💙

If January Feels Heavy, You’re Not Doing It Wrong

The new year doesn’t come with instant motivation or clarity, and that’s okay. January can feel slow, overwhelming, or just plain exhausting. Wherever you are right now is enough. Support doesn’t require a fresh start. Just a next step. 🩵🐘

Find support and schedule a visit online at elliementalhealth.com.

🎉 Hello, New Year. We’re Glad You’re Here!

New year, same you - and that’s more than okay! Whether you’re feeling hopeful, unsure, motivated, tired, or somewhere in between, there’s no “right” way to start the year. Growth doesn’t have to be loud, goals don’t have to be perfect, and taking care of your mental health can be as simple as checking in with yourself.

And if you do choose to seek support, you’re not alone - around three-quarters of people who go to therapy report that it helps them feel better and cope more effectively.

Here’s to a year of small wins, deep breaths, and giving yourself a little more grace. We’re here for it (and for you!) every step of the way.

Therapy isn't just for the tough times... it's for the new times, the old times, the in-between times. It's for growing, healing, and becoming even more you.

Why wait? Take that first step in the next year. Your future self will thank you. 💛
