Last night was a big one for Flottman Company at the Graphic Media Alliance 2026 Print Excellence Awards!

We’re thrilled to welcome Kim Clutterbuck to the Flottman Company team!

Kim joins us as a Customer Service Representative with years of print industry experience and a true passion for helping clients. Her attention to detail, organization, and relationship-building skills make her a great fit for both our team and our customers.

In her new role, Kim will help make sure every project, big or small, runs smoothly from start to finish.

When she’s not at work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and her adorable pets — a pig named Peep 🐷 and a Jack Russell mix named Penny 🐾.

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Susan McLaughlin has been part of Flottman Company for 20 years, so it’s no surprise that her amazing 97-year-old mom, Laura, recently joined an Alzheimer’s walk near her Florida care facility—walking more than a quarter mile! 🏃‍♀️✨

Susan’s sister, Cathy (pictured), also walked alongside their mom, proving once again that in this family, when they commit to something, they follow through!

Flottman Company was proud to contribute to this important cause, bringing Laura’s total fundraising to $1,145! Every step and every dollar makes a difference. 💜 Walking for a Cause 💜

How do dedication and leadership pass from one generation to the next?

We are proud to recognize Mark Steller, one of our own at Flottman Company, as the 2025 Skilled Trades recipient at the Next Generation Leader Awards (NGLAs), hosted by NKYP. Mark carries forward the values, craftsmanship, and commitment that have guided our company for years.
