We are a privately owned Aesthetics, Wellness and Dermatology practice in Northern Kentucky.

Zero Gravity Aesthetics and Wellness offers treatments that can deliver fast results, such as wrinkle reducers (Xeomin and Jeuveau) as well as dermal fillers, facials, laser hair removal, weight loss, hormone replacement therapy and dermatology services. We also offer long-term, nonsurgical solutions for tough cosmetic issues, such as double chin, stubborn fat, facial wrinkles, and sagging skin. Our mission is to prioritize safety, empower through education, and promote wellness in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. We strive to create a space where individuals can explore aesthetic and wellness solutions with confidence, knowing that their safety is our utmost concern.
