Hello friends and community,

I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request to help us complete the Serene Life Retreat—a peaceful, nature-centered sanctuary dedicated to healing, renewal, and reconnecting with what truly matters. So far, we’ve made great progress using personal and business funds, and the retreat barndominium is already taking shape. Now, we’re working to finish building the interior with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, quiet meditation lofts, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also hope to create serene outdoor spaces for group time, walking meditation, and lake activities, along with accessible accommodations so everyone feels welcome.

We are seeking $50,000 to bring this vision to life and open our doors to individuals and groups who need rest, restoration, and support on their healing journeys. Every donation—big or small—will make a real difference.

Anyone else struggle with the Sunday Scaries 🙋‍♀️👻 Anxiety can creep up on us as we prepare for another week of work, kids, bills, activities, etc. What if we replace the Sunday Scaries with Sunday Serenity 🧘🥰 Make it your Sunday ritual to do things that bring you peace, comfort and rest and see how it decreases your anxiety. Share your Sunday Serenity practices in the comments 🙏

Self-Care Sunday is a great way to invest in ourselves and get a great start to the week. I keep the Sunday Scaries 👻away by enjoying the present moment through prayer and exercise 🧘🏃‍♀️while also planning ahead with meal prep and updating the weekly calendar 🍽️🗓️ This keeps my anxiety down ⬇️ and joy up ⬆️ Do you have a Self-Care Sunday routine?
