Tip Tuesday 🌿

Early labor is often best supported with calm, nourishment, hydration, movement, and rest. Your body is doing important work long before active labor begins.

Take a walk, sip something warm, eat nourishing foods, and give yourself permission to rest between contractions. Labor doesn't always need to be rushed.

His mama was the definition of strength. She made birth look effortless, even when things got hard. She stayed grounded, trusted the process, and brought her baby into the world with so much determiniation and love.
