This is a follow-up to my post from September 12th regarding eczema relief.

These products, with the use of the Aquarian Age Apothecary Miasm spray have been known to add relief to anyone suffering from eczema.

Please note that I don’t have any experience with psoriasis, and I haven’t tried all of the products that are for sensitive skin. For information on Eczema Relief please check out our post of September 12th.

Eczema-Friendly Household Products

Laundry Products - Seventh Generation Free and Clear laundry detergent (liquid or pods), and Borax powder laundry soap.

Dish Washing Soap - Seventh Generation Dish Soap-Free and Clear, and Mrs. Myers Clean Day Dish Soap. Both come in many seasonal scents.

Household Cleaners - Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day All Purpose Cleaner. Mrs. Myers Shower Spray. Toilet, and Tub & Tile Cleaner. Mrs. Myers Glass Cleaner. All in multiple scents. Seventh Generation also has great cleaning products. They make a multi-surface cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, multi surface wipes (great alternative to Clorox). Both coming in many scents to fit your needs.

Eczema-Friendly Bath Products - Any and all Honest products. Body wash, Lotion, Bubble Bath, and more. They even have lotions, and body wash specially geared towards those with eczema. Dr Teal's makes adult and child body washes, and bubble baths. They also make great bath salts, with many different scents.

Eczema Relief

I thought I would share my personal experience with eczema and Aquarian Age Apothecary’s Miasm Spray https://aquarianageapothecary.com/product/miasm-relief-hereditary-clearing/ . I was born with a genetic disposition to eczema. I experienced it as a child and continued to experience it as an adult. Sometimes it didn’t bother me so much and sometimes it was very itchy and painful. The causes of eczema include:

1. Genetics: It tends to run in family lines. If one or both of your parents have eczema or other allergy such as asthma or hay fever, you are more likely to develop eczema.
2. Immune System Dysfunction: People with an overactive immune system can get triggered by allergens or irritants.
3. Skin Barrier Dysfunction: Eczema that can cause skin dryness, inflammation, and sensitivity in the skin’s outermost layer.
4. Environmental Factors: Exposure to certain environmental factors (household and cleaning products) or allergens (pollen, pet dander, dust mites), or extreme temperatures & humidity levels.
5. Stress: Stress can exacerbate eczema and cause flair-ups in some people.
6. Diet: Certain foods may trigger or worsen eczema including dairy, nuts, and shellfish.

Genetics and environmental factors seem to be the biggest triggers for me. We will talk about environmental factors in our next article. For now, we want to think of genetics, the term of miasms, as inherited disease tendencies. There are three primary miasms. Eczema comes under the “Psora” category. It is linked to skin conditions, allergies, digestive issues, and restlessness.

I get to test most of the products. When I started testing with the Miasm Spray I wasn’t thinking about eczema. But what I did find was that after just five or so days I had some serious improvement in my eczema. I continued on for a few months and came to the point where I only used the spray when I felt that telltale tingling indicating the start of an eczema outbreak. I would then spray the Miasm Spray directly on my skin and prevent an outbreak from occurring. Months later I realized that I wasn’t getting those tingling feelings at all.
