Whether you plan to become a teacher or simply want to deepen your personal practice, this workshop will expand your understanding of alignment, touch, and how yoga postures feel in your own body.

Experience Reformer Pilates in an intimate, supportive setting designed just for you or you and a friend! These private/duet sessions offer a 2:1 student-to-instructor ratio with one of our highly knowledgeable and attentive Pilates instructors. Expect personalized cueing, thoughtful progressions, and expert guidance tailored to both bodies—whether you’re brand new or deepening your practice.

Enjoy moving together in our beautiful, calm studio space while building strength, mobility, and confidence on the reformer. Perfect for friends, partners, or anyone wanting a more private, elevated Pilates experience.

You can book an appointment with Brooke on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 AM to 12 or 12:30 to 1:30 through our MINDBODY app by clicking the appointments tab!
