If your Florida Blue is through Walton County Sheriff's Office or through Walton County Fire Rescue, your insurance member ID number has changed! From what we gather, the new prefix starts with FRU. if you have NOT received this information, be sure to contact Florida Blue for your most up to date member ID.

It's everyone's least favorite time of year! We are seeing an increase in COVID cases. Just a friendly reminder that is the only test we do NOT do in office! We can test for flu, RSV, and strep. Now is the time to schedule those back to school well visits! At these appointments, you will receive a copy of the shot record and physical! Vaxcare (our vaccine system) will be sending out their back to school campaign reminding patients as well! Please call tp schedule at 850-689-0900!
