Kara had her first eye exam yesterday! Children should have their eyes checked each year starting at 6 months old. Here at 2EYES we are members of InfantSEE and offer a free routine eye exam to infants that are 6-12 months old.

Technician Responsibilities:

Monitor patient schedule and communicate with other staff and doctors. Pre-test patients and gather medical history. Assist with answering phones, and fitting eye wear. Stock exam rooms and keep equipment clean.

Our super therapy dog Flash has been training hard. You will now see him more often in the office. He stays safely in his room, but is happy to come out to visit with patients. He still may bark at times if he suspects a supervillain is in the office.

Did you know that August is Vision & Learning Month? Since 1995 this national observance has been used to help increase the awareness of parents and educators on the high prevalence of undiagnosed vision problems. Children with these vision problems are often unaware of their difficulty and without treatment may struggle in school and sports.

We still have over 20 carload tickets for the drive-in tomorrow, Wednesday the 14th. We will be watching one of the Ninja Turtle movies followed by Ferris Buehlers Day Off.
